Also ya'll have to watch The Father! It's great. When I saw it at Sundance I immediately knew Hopkins would finally get another Oscar nom.
The only thing with Viola is she’s always won her individual SAG noms, so who knows if that even means anything 🤷🏽♂️ I have PYW winning Screenplay right now over Chicago 7 as the “we liked your movie enough to give it one award” award.
I’m less confident by the hour on Boseman winning. I think he still pulls it out but in the final tally I feel like Hopkins probably got pretty close.

Viola is probably the smart pick because she won at SAG, but a lot of voters like Promising Young Woman, so that could get Mulligan over the top.
